Meet Our Managing Attorney

Joe Fogel, our managing attorney, has been representing the victims of bad stock brokers for more than twenty years. During that time, he has helped many investors, including retirees, nurses, defense engineers, and large corporation employees, get some or all of the money they have lost as a result of stockbroker misconduct. He has successfully sued stockbrokers and financial advisors at the biggest brokerage firms, including those at Smith Barney, A.G. Edwards, and Merrill Lynch.

Based in Southern California, Joe Fogel has worked on behalf of investors living throughout California and Arizona. He is authorized to practice in California and Arizona and is also a member of the Bar of the United States Supreme Court.

Joe Fogel earned his college degree at the University of Chicago and his law degree from the University of California. He is a past member of the Board of Editors of Los Angeles Lawyer magazine and is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles.

Joe Fogel writes and speaks extensively to investors and other lawyers about stockbroker misconduct. Most recently he made a presentation to attorneys at the Trial Lawyer College of California entitled, “Stockbroker Wrongdoing: Can You Recover?”
