Robert Kerrigan, First Financial Equity, Sanctioned by FINRA

In May 2016, FINRA sanctioned Robert Kerrigan following allegations that he failed to supply requested documents and information during an investigation into the alleged undisclosed private securities transactions and outside business activities. She was issued a permanent bar from the securities industry.

In August 2016, Robert Kerrigan was named as a subject of a complaint by the Arizona Corporation Commission (an important regulator in Arizona) alleging that he participated in an undisclosed outside business activity. The action remains pending.

In 2001, a customer complained that Robert Kerrigan, while employed at InterSecurities, misrepresented material facts related to an investment. The complaint settled for more than $9,100.
