Elliot Harris, Morgan Stanley, Discharged from Morgan Stanley

According to FINRA, Elliot Harris has one customer complaint and one denied customer complaint, and was discharged from Morgan Stanley Smith Barney.

In December 2015 a customer said that Elliot Harris, while employed at Ladenburg Thalmann & Company, engaged in unauthorized trading. The customer sought unspecified damages in the complaint, which in March 2016, which the firm denied.

In 2009 Elliot Harris was discharged from his position at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney following allegations he “submitted a telephone log that contained false information during a review of certain client trades.” This is a significant breach of the requirements of truthful and accurate records.
